PABLO RAFAEL ROLDÁN / EZEQUIEL TORRES
Rudo Company is a Studio founded and directed by Ezequiel Torres and Pablo Rafael Roldán. They started doing design and animation for advertising. Nowadays they manage animation projects for advertising. On the other hand, they have a more creative and free side, where they rescue their indie spirit. In 2017 they made the video «The Wolf», which has 60 million views on YouTube. To this day, they continue to develop stories and create pieces with different universes and technical explorations.
Rudo Company es un estudio fundado y dirigido por Ezequiel Torres y Pablo Rafael Roldán. Ellos comenzaron haciendo diseño y animación para publicidad. Hoy en día hacen dirección de proyectos de animación para publicidad. Y por otro lado, tienen una parte más creativa y libre, donde rescatan su espíritu indie. En el 2017 realizaron el videoclip “The Wolf”, que lleva 60 millones de vistas en Youtube. Hasta el día de hoy continúan desarrollando historias y creando piezas con diferentes universos.

- Director’s Statement / Declaraciones del Director:
This is our second video clip and the second one for the band Siamés. It took us a while to find the best way to tell the story, we used the vignettes to emphasize that the characters are in separate spaces. We liked the idea that their union also represents breaking these structural rules. On the design part, it was a pleasure to create the universe of this video clip, we thought about each location and until the last moment, we adjusted the color palette. We also gave ourselves the pleasure of adding a hidden language, so that fans of the band could entertain themselves trying to decipher it. It was an arduous job where we put a lot of our time and resources, I am very proud of the entire team that worked so hard to make this piece finished.
Este es nuestro segundo videoclip, y el segundo para la banda Siamés. Nos llevó tiempo encontrar la mejor manera de contar la historia, usamos las viñetas para enfatizar que los personajes se encuentran en espacios separados. Nos gustaba la idea de que su unión represente también romper esas reglas estructurales. Desde la parte de diseño fue un placer darle forma al universo de este videoclip, pensamos cada locación y hasta último momento ajustamos la paleta de color. También nos dimos el gusto de agregarle un lenguaje oculto, para que los fans de la banda pudiesen entretenerse tratando de descifrarlo. Fue un arduo trabajo donde pusimos mucho de nuestro tiempo y recursos, siento mucho orgullo de todo el equipo que trabajó tanto para lograr que esta pieza quede terminada.
