Long Synopsis / Sinopsis Larga:

Buenos Aires at night. In an old eccentric gallery that has seen its majesty gone away, an entrepreneurial Asian group is interested in buying the property. In this hallway of indifference and speculations a new relationship between Dante and Malena is born, two young guys who desire to live a life like in the movies. Dante works at a video club and spends his days watching film noirs in the attic. Malena, the daughter of the gallery’s owner looks for a drastic change in her life before moving to Hong Kong with her father. Between kisses and sex, they decide to rob her father’s gallery and escape to Brazil with the money. Just like the movies. The palm trees and neon tubes are lit waiting for the outcome of this adventure.

This short movie reflects my early days finding movies. I used to visit video clubs and watched lots of noir films. These galleries, such as the one where the story occurs, were the places I visited to rent them. So I tried to gather these things: Noir films, old galleries, and my dream; to be inside a movie and live an adventure.
